Laying instructions:
1. Adhesive washable waterproof mat, 1000 mm wide, customizable length, maximum length per piece ≤ 10 meters, can be cut to size;
2. With transition strips around the edges (100 mm wide), angled edges for a more aesthetic appearance; optional;
3. Adhesive dust-proof mat has no distinct front or back sides; white adhesive backing adheres to the floor; edge strips have adhesive backing that adheres to the floor;
4. The material is slightly soft with some elasticity, allowing unlimited foot traffic, and maintains permanent adhesion;
5. When cleaning shoe soles, it is recommended to lay the mat to a length that allows a person to step on it for three steps or more, with longer lengths being preferable;
When cleaning wheels, it is recommended to lay the mat to a length that allows wheels to roll over it for three revolutions or more.
Cleaning target:
Sole cleaning and wheel cleaning. Sole cleaning is unlimited in terms of the number of people, while wheel cleaning is limited to vehicles with a load capacity of ≤3 tons.
If the wheels are heavily contaminated with mud, sand, dust, oil, or water, it is recommended to perform an initial cleaning or drying outdoors before using this product for wheel cleaning.
Select laying:
Select a flat, smooth, dust-free, oil-free, water-free floor surface with sufficient load-bearing
capacity for installation, such as polished concrete, epoxy resin, anti-static flooring, metal panels, etc.
Straight-through pathways at non-turned sections should be laid on solid, level ground. When
laying washable sticky mats, choose the adhesive side to attach to the ground. Ensure no air
bubbles or wrinkles form on the underside during installation.
Cleaning and maintenance:
When cleaning, use a sponge mop that does not shed fibers or lint (soak in clean water, wring out, and dampen) to wipe the surface, or use a specialized roller-style electric cleaning mop. Allow the washable mat to air dry naturally until the surface is completely dry, and it will regain its adhesive properties and be ready for reuse. We recommend using a specialized washable sticky mat cleaning solution , which does not damage the material of the sticky mat.
Cleaning frequency:
When dirt accumulates to an appropriate level, please clean it promptly. On the one hand, this
helps to ensure the cleaning effect of the shoe soles/wheels (especially small particles), thereby ensuring the cleaning effect of the workshop. Regular cleaning will keep the shoe soles/wheels cleaner. On the other hand, it also helps to extend the service life.
Transition Edge Protectors:
The red and black alternating strips around the edges serve as edge protectors to safeguard the edges of the washable sticky mat while also providing a decorative function. The edges of the washable sticky mat are relatively fragile, so when applying the edge protectors, ensure they overlap the mat by 5–10 mm to fully cover the edges beneath the protectors. The surface of the protective strip is non-adhesive; it has a corresponding adhesive backing on the underside. Simply peel off the protective film and attach it to the ground.
Safety Issues:
Before using this product, please provide safety training to new employees to avoid potential falls. Do not allow employees to run, chase, or play on the product. Post relevant safety warnings and signs nearby. Safety education and related responsibilities are the sole responsibility of the user; When using the product, avoid sudden braking or turning maneuvers on the surface. Do not use sharp or pointed objects to scratch the product's surface, and do not clean the product with corrosive acidic or alkaline chemicals to extend its service life.
Important Notes:
1. This product must not be cleaned with corrosive agents. We recommend using specialized
cleaning agents. Sharp objects must not be used to scratch the surface. There is no restriction on the number of users per use, but we strongly recommend increasing the size of the laid area and the length of the pathways when there are many users to ensure adequate cleaning effectiveness;
2. Wheels and shoe soles with large granular particles such as sand can easily damage the sticky mat. It is recommended to remove large granular particles before use and then clean them using the sticky mat (our company's brush-type wheel cleaning module can be used for preliminary cleaning).
3. AGVs, forklifts, and other vehicles are prohibited from making sharp turns or turning in place on sticky mats, as sticky mats are only suitable for straight driving. Otherwise, the sticky mat surface may bubble, scratch, or wear out.
